We actually have a crop of strawberries this year! In years past we would have a handful here and a handful there but this year...oh my the wonderful strawberries. I don't have enough to make jam but we have had enough for three desserts of strawberry shortcake!

Yummy!! I can't count the times that dd wants strawberries. When I say that we have them. She insist that they aren't as good. She says..But mommy they aren't fresh they are frozen.
