Cinco de Mayo!
The picklets have been singing this all day. We studied Cinco de Mayo a few years ago and learned this song. It is a tradition now. ;-)
We didn't study Mexico or Mexican celebrations this year but I did fix supper Cinco de Mayo style. We had Fiesta Chicken and Refried Beans Supreme. Yummy!
For dessert the picklets are eating ice cream with peanuts and chocolate. If only they would sprinkle it with a little bit of cinnamon we could call it Mexican Chocolate.
Off to Presidential Fitness testing!
