Pumpkins

The picklets are working on an independent unit study. One of the topics in this study is pumpkins. So when I got an email about pumpkin facts I knew I had something great!

Six of the seven continents can grow pumpkins including Alaska! Antarctica is
the only continent that they won't grow in.

Hmmm...the last time I looked Alaksa wasn't a continent. Wonder if this was sent to test my teaching skills...definitely a head shaker. LOL
